RSCC is a reputable certified IT and networking support business which provide a range of services including Managed Servers and Desktop Support, Cloud Based Anti-virus, Web Filtering and Email Filtering, Office 365 provision, Telecommunications including Leased Line and DSL Services, Managed Backups, Domain Hosting and ad hoc Consultancy to local businesses in and around Hertfordshire and the surrounding area.
After running the business for over 10 years, our client contacted BuyMyBiz looking to sell since they recognised the future business opportunity will be best realised in the hands of a new entrepreneurial owner or larger business with the commitment, enthusiasm and resources to drive the business forward. The sale of their business would allow them to pursue other interests with a long-term goal of retirement.
After the implementation of a full marketing programme, at BuyMyBiz we helped identify several interested parties. The ultimate offer came from a larger IT services business as a synergistic acquisition, fighting off strong interest from six other bidders and many other interested buyers.
