Business Sold! We are pleased to announce that a deal was completed for the sale of our FinTech Software Development client (ref: BMB596)
The business, a small but profitable fintech specialist with revenues approaching £500,000 p.a. provides the development of resilient and often complex financial sector applications to a client base ranging from small independents to large financial sector corporates.
As a result of our bespoke research and marketing activities, we identified a number of strategic targets, engaged with several interested buyers and was successful in securing an acceptable offer and terms within 8 weeks of listing. The successful acquirer is a serial technology entrepreneur building an UK based IT services group.
